Using the power of yoga postures to strengthen the body, increase flexibility and calm the mind, these classes are suitable for all people looking to enhance their yoga practice or to try yoga for the first time. Tamara uses careful sequencing of postures to flow your body through a range of movements, while taking great care of alignment to protect your body. The classes build energy and vitality while allowing space for deep relaxation.

Set in our beautiful studio on the edge of West Horsley/ Ripley, classes are small, offering personalised teaching.

£12.50 per class for monthly bookings; £15 per class for drop in

Workshops Tamara runs monthly workshops, which allow you to take time out to rest and restore your body and mind. Workshops include organic teas and aromatherapy oils to deepen your relaxation. Please enquire for dates.

Private Yoga Retreats & Workshops offer individuals, couples or friends time to immerse in yoga and healthy living in the countryside. Entirely tailormade to suit your unique needs, the time allows you to reconnect with your self and your body, explore yoga or deepen your practice and re-emerge feeling revitalised and soothed.

3 hour workshops from £150 and full days from £375.

Private Yoga Sessions available on request, to transform, reform, heal or introduce you to yoga at a time that suits you. These lessons are very popular as the time allows Tamara to focus entirely on YOU. Each body is totally unique and will benefit from one on one attention. Ideal for people who have never experienced yoga before, those recovering from injury/ illness and people wanting to take their practice to the next level.


Pre & Postnatal Yoga is a wonderful way to nurture your body and baby. Private sessions with or without your baby on request.

  1. I really enjoy practising yoga with Tamara, when you leave her class you feel like you’ve been on a week long retreat at a spa! Lovely atmosphere, beautiful space, and so much valuable information and challenges. I’d recommend Tamara’s class to anyone thinking about trying yoga, but not yet having the courage to do it. Your first teacher is very important and I think Tamara is the best start, she’s helped me an awful lot, can’t wait for he next.
